After his tumultuous battle with Grace last issue, Titan has left Golden City, leaving the Agents of Change minus one very powerful member. And that's not good, since a gigantic menace is stomping through the streets of Comics' Greatest World's utopia.

This special self-contained, action-packed issue features a spotlight on Catalyst teammate Ruby.

The events of this issue happen roughly at the same time as those of Will to Power #3-#6.

The storyline continues in Will to Power #7-#9 and resumes for certain characters in #10-12, while for others it will be Catalyst: Agents of Change #6-#7.
